Very close to Stetson University. Was in town for summer orientation. Very clean, free parking and close to alot of restaurants and stores.

The staff was kind. The only thing was it was extremely noisy. But that have nothing to do with the staff. The people next to us was loud and had the TV on loud, the entire night. The elevator wasn't working, the waffle maker wasn't working, my room had a smoke like smell. I think the furniture should be updated and the bathroom fixtures should be updated. But great location and friendly staff.

The staff at this location is amazing! The lady who checked us in was amazing and very helpful. The staff in the lobby in the morning and for breakfast was also amazing and very helpful. Really helped us to have a great beginning to a great day. Would highly recommend this location!
