Dawn at check in was very nice and helpful.
There should be ice buckets in the rooms. Ice buckets should be better quality, they have lots of condensation and make a mess
Upholstered furniture should be cleaned- chair looked very dirty
Front of hotel could use a little cleaning

The hotel & staff were great, the hotel was very nice. It’s called Spark by Hilton and we are certain that Hellen in the dining area is the sparkle. She was so helpful and friendly. She maintained the area superbly, treated everyone well and worked constantly to keep the area tidy, clean and well stocked. She helped to make our stay memorable.
