Doubletree By Hilton - Palm Beach Gardens

Hotel was just old. Needs updating.

Clean Helpful staff

Stayed here three years ago, hotel was in great shape. Sadly, it’s very worn at the moment. None of the Cleaning staff could speak English on my floor, so trying to tell them what I needed was hard without using Google translate. The pool bar and restaurant ran out of burgers!! no trashcan liners in the room so we removed our own bottles and waste daily. I asked reception for some bags, they said they don’t do them anymore. Having a balcony on fifth floor was great, but it was single Payne Glass and there were two major roads outside with heavy traffic during the night, so it was very noisy. Hotel bathroom still had remnants of the previous occupier hair in the sink and bathtub stains on the floor.

The staff is always helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean neat and orderly
