After two attempts, our twin opera view room at the very end of the hall had no hot water in the shower. Other than that, great free buffet breakfast, with free coffee and juice.

Nice cold rooms! They will nickel and dime you, however. Would stay again!

Beautiful old historic hotel. Right in the central of city with the Opera House next to it and shopping centres nearby. Staff were friendly and attentive. We would definitely stay there again.
