Location, Safe, transportation, quite, walkable,convenient , staffs Saminah and Rafael were wonderfull, pleasent et very costumer service oriented . It went beyoind my expectation . I will give this place 20 stars. And i will come back and strongly recommend. It was my fiirst trip to Lisbon . I will stay again at this hotel . Thank you Saminah and Rafel for your kindness and smile , Soumaya from Boston USA

The staff were great! Helpful, friendly and accommodating and very professional. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable too
The hotel location was perfect! A mall across the street if you need to buy emergency supplies and food. Lots of restaurants too. Depending on where you want to go, transit service was close by. Breakfast was reasonable with lots of choices. We stayed there for 3 nights
