Hotelo Lyon Ainay

We were visiting from Florida and stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and can’t say enough great things about the staff working there. We had a guided tour scheduled and were running late. They offered to unpack our car, brought the suitcases to our room and park our car for us. Everybody was very friendly and helpful. We loved the breakfast each morning with fresh various breads, yoghurts, cheeses, juices, warm scramble eggs sausages, fresh fruits, coffee and teas. Triple rooms have AC and that was wonderful. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean with great towels bedding and comfortable beds. Hotel is located within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and train station. There is parking structure to park the car as well. Great stay, great staff, I recommend this place.

The room was very clean, the breakfast was excellent. The staff was very responsive and helpful in general directions like tram info and eateries. They were friendly and courteous. The location is conveniently across the street from the bus terminal.

Great room, great location and great staff. Would highly recommend

We chose this hotel due to proximity to the train station. The reviews were good and well priced. The service and room were very good for our 2 night stay. We didn’t have the breakfast. The staff were very helpful. Just to be aware there is a housing shortage in Lyon and that there are some small homeless encampments near the train station and visible when walking to the hotel. It was not a problem but just an FYI.
