Beautiful rooms, great location

I was delighted with the service; the staff was very friendly (the woman who answered the phone when we checked in at 7:00 AM on Saturday, June 13th, was very specific in letting me know where the parking was). I mention this because some routes were closed due to the World Cup.
The buffet staff were very friendly, and the room service and the room itself were excellent.
Great crew!

The room was very clean and modern furniture, bedding clean. Down pillows weee too soft for me even with two pillows, my head sank. Water books provided, tea was excellent to relax in evening. The buffet was $24.95 and it was excellent. The locations was close to Amtrak and great America and public transp. I didn’t use parking this time. I would stay again.
