Travelodge Inn & Suites by Wyndham Missoula University Park

Great stay & pull out in the king room that I wasn’t expecting and was very helpful. Had easy outside access to the room but parking was taken in front of our room both days so that was not great but extra parking was available.

room was clean and we had everything we needed

The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. Beds were hotel comfortable and the towels were soft.

Being a Travelodge, we were not expecting a 5-star hotel, but this property could use some help. We arrived during a busy weekend otherwise we would've stayed somewhere else. The room we ended up with had missing flooring, the curtains were falling off, one of the bedside tables had fallen off the wall mount and the lamp didn't work. The chair in the room had some questionable stains on the seat and the bathroom was a nightmare (walk-in shower); the tile that keeps water in the shower was separating no doubt due to water damage and surely had mold. At a minimum the floor should have been swept/mopped but that didn't seem to be the case. The bed was fine; clean sheets, though after seeing everything else in the room I didn't want to too look too hard. We always bring our own pillows, I might suggest you do the same. The staff was helpful and kind. We debated going to another hotel and canceled our reservation here only to rebook it 15 mins later. The manager (I'm assuming) let me know while rebooking a room that they have issues communicating with the cleaning staff because of a language barrier and that she "was pissed" at the state of the room we were initially put in. This rubbed me the wrong was and doesn't make me feel like their staff is treated fairly. All that to say, Travelodge will no longer be a hotel we stay at.
