My stay here was splendid - My wife and I loved it here and the staff is so friendly and welcoming!
We had a early morning flight (6:30 am) and the staff here prvided us packed breakfast with fresh fruits promptly before we left - all we had to do was inform them a day prior and that’s it! We weren’t expecting this kind of service!
Suffice to stay - this is our go to place everytime we are in Pune

Lovely rooms, location, ambience
Staff and service were wonderful
Airport pick up was bungled up and we ended up waiting but the hotel was very apologetic and waived the fee due to inconvenience caused. Their customer service response was appreciated.

The food quality left much to be desired. We ate at the restaurant twice but the food was low on the quality scale.
