Room was clean and spacious. Staff was not very helpful at check in because they failed to mention there was a fee for parking in the hotel parking lot. They also could tell you that the ice machine only works on 2 floors in the building at check in.
Besides that, the stay was comfortable, room was clean and secure, and the best part was that the checkout staff waived the parking fees after I explained that I was not informed of them.

It is much better than a rating of 8.2 of 10 for sure. No noise, friendly staff, good breakfast, close to LAX, and the weather is not as hot as downtown.
To me that is at least a 9.5 out of 10.

The staff was professional and nice, I give the breakfast 4 stars for a hotel & that staff was super nice & helpful. I’ll definitely stay there again.
