Overall was excellent.
Coffee splattered on my shirt at bfast and Sassy assist to send it to the luandry and returned on the same day, spotless!
She even followed up that i received my shirt the next day.
Excellent service!

Although there is extensive renovation going on downstairs, it did not affect us on the top 10th floor. One of the best stays I’ve ever experienced. The staff were more than helpful, and the included amenities were awesome!
