Eduardo from front desk was very warm, helpful, energetic, and respectful. I came across other front desk team members, but Eduardo made us feel special and welcomed. Ricardo was very resourceful. He helped us with our luggage. Every time he saw us, he made sure we had everything we needed. Ricardo and Eduardo made us stay worthwhile.

The SPA was very expensive. I did not check the price before sending my daughter. It came around $3000 MEX Peso. That is higher than US SPAs. Not sure why it happens to be that way. Also messaging is priced very high.
The rest of the experience was extremely good.
Friendly staff. Good breakfast and and dinner.
Overall rating is 5.0 except for the SPA, which made me a bit sad.

Hotel was very modern, clean, and well maintained. Rooms were a great size for our family. Location was in a busy part of town, but it was centrally located to everywhere we were going throughout the city. El Cardenal on site restaurant was delicious.
