Best Western Paramus Hotel & Suites

Rooms are clean, comfortable. Breakfast is decent, could use more hot options for breakfast.

Trying to check in after a long drive I waited for a half an hour at the front desk, wondering if anyone was working there. Finally someone showed up. There was another couple waiting there too. It was around 7 at night maybe you need someone to stay at the desk at all times for any late arrivals. Coffee needs to be improved,, tastes old not a fresh brewed at all ,, it needs to be upgraded. The rest of the breakfast was very nice. Fresh fruit other than bananas and oranges would be a plus. Room was very clean and comfortable would stay again.

The attention was A-1 ... the reception lady treated me great, and the room impeccable, wonderful, I recommend it.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room had all you needed and very clean. Breakfast was good - offered cereals, oatmeal, waffles, eggs with sausage and next day eggs with bacon (no potatoes), yogurt, boiled eggs, donuts & danishes, fruits, juices & coffee. Only thing with this hotel is that it has no elevator (hotel is 2 floors) so if on the 2nd floor, have to carry luggage up the stairs (pretty steep). Red Lobster was right next door. Hotel is off a main highway (Route 17) and mostly commercial area there.
