The staff was great very helpful and friendly.
The food was pretty bad if you didn’t like the dinner some of those dishes would end up at the buffet for breakfast and lunch

We took a couple excursion out of the hotel paid at the hotel we went to the cascades waterfall we had to pay more fees they didn't tell us about. Service was great except our last day we went to the Tortuga buffet they ignored us the whole time we were there. They serve the drinks went and got my own drinks when we got up to leave one server asked us do you need anything else. I just looked at him and said you should ask me that when I was eating
