The location is fantastic, with the beach right in front of the property. It’s also only about a 13-minute walk from Brighton Station, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.
The only minor issue was that the toilet didn’t flush very well, and it occasionally seemed like the toilet paper might get clogged. However, flushing it a couple of times solved the problem.
If you’re planning to stay in Brighton and want to be close to the seafront, I think this is an excellent place to stay.

The room was very dated and quite tatty, but it was clean and the bed was very comfy. There was some noise from the street but it was ok with the window closed. This may have been different on a warmer night as there's no air con.
