It's a beautiful hotel and the staff couldn't have done more to go out of the way (unsolicited) to make us feel important.

Wonderful stay! First class service and first class experience from start to finish the hotel went above and beyond to keep us smiling. The staff was top notch friendly, and professional. The location was superb and the pool was divine. We will be back again the next time we are in London.

The breakfast was delicious and the concierge was very helpful making theater tickets and helping us plan our day. The pool and sauna were clean and relaxing.
