Very clean, staff are friendly and accomodating. They even upgraded our room with no extra cost. We book at seaworld for 3 consecutive years but my kids still and always excited about everytime. We will definitely book again next time. Thank you seaworld!

Welcoming staff upon arrival, room was very clean. Family of 4 2 adults 2 kids it was nice to come back to a clean room after a long day out at the theme parks. Breakfast buffet was good, we didn't get sick of it at all during our 6 days staying here. We got the stay + free entry to theme parks + buffet breakfast. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Overall, we had a great stay. The only downside was the noise from the connecting room. If the room next door is occupied by a family with young children, it can be quite noisy, but that's really just a matter of luck. Other than that, everything was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
