We weren't notified on check in that there was no hot water... but were given complimentary breakfast the next morning, we only stayed the one night. Very clean and tidy with comfortable beds. No single bed options if you have children travelling with you which is disappointing.

Building a bit dated, but clean overall. Very nice and helpful staff. Breakfast was okay.
