The room was clean and the staff was super friendly and hospitable. The hotel is close to all the best sights like the London eye, Westminster Abbey, great restaurants, etc. We will definitely stay here again when we return to London in the future.

Fantastic staff and location. The boutique type stay was exactly what we were looking for.

Convenient location in an area that felt very safe. It is right next to a bus station so is easy to get to and from all the sites and downtown.
Older building, but super clean room and bathroom. The staff is very nice and helpful, and breakfast was convenient and good quality.
Be aware there are steep stairs for upper rooms, so if you need accessible or limited steps, you should check with the hotel when making the reservation (wasn’t a problem for us, but should consider if mobility may be an issue).
