Lovely resort and staff. Stayed in the boat suite. Great concept. We didn’t have hot water some of the days. Was rectified immediately and then compensated at checkout. Much appreciated.

Some construction ongoing which we would have appreciated being informed about, however the staff more than made up for this with their excellent and very professional service. The facilities are excellent, spa is fantastic and the location is brilliant. Special mention to the staff at the level who could never do enough for us and somehow remembered our names on each visit.
Can’t wait to return!

We have a great week of stay. Breakfast spread was amazing. Staff polite, cordial and helpful. Amenities were great as well. We used YHI spa facility too and it was 10/10 too.
