Great less expensive place to stay right on the beach overlooking Lake Michigan. It was clean and quit. Not a really busy town just nice and quit. Would defiantly book here again for a relaxing vacation.

Love my balcony on the lake.

Cute and cozy hotel right on Lake Michigan. Clean rooms. Attentive staff. Plenty of seating on the beach with several bonfire pits for use. The hotel sells bundles of firewood for $5 each. I was automatically upgraded to a lakeview room with a balcony (booked city view) at no charge. Coffee available in the lobby 24/7 for free.
The only negative is the continental breakfast advertised. They only supplied packaged oatmeal. There is a lovely family diner a short drive away with reasonable prices (Dairy Deans).

The location of this motel cannot be beaten - right on the beach! Seating and tables, as well as fire pits, with wood available to purchase right on site!
