I was a bit disappointed that parking wasn't included with our stay, especially for the price of the room. Otherwise, I love this place and the pool is so fun tucked up on a "roof top" with a peekaboo view of the CN Tower

We loved the location and the staff were great. The Free h restaurant for breakfast was convenient and so was the chocolate shop, which is where we got coffee.

The vibe was good, the room was clean. Unfortunately, the pool looked nothing like the photos. I was shocked to see it's actually a tiny diamond shape. We decided it wasn't even worth visiting, but it as a factor we looked forward to when booking. I felt the pictures were a bit deceiving on Expedia where we booked. We ordered some room service and I ended up making a mistake and missed part of the order. Despite calling and explaining the situation we had to pay additional fees and tip a second time. I felt they could have been understanding and waived the fee knowing an error was made. But it was my fault so I understood. The restaurant claims to be open until 12. We saw a play and tried to eat around 1045pm. It was closed and bar snacks only, it was disappointing. We checked out in the morning and again, tried to eat. Of course breakfast ends at 11am (which is check out time.) That much I can understand, but the restaurant closes until the reset for lunch apparently. again we were turned away and ended up leaving the hotel feeling a bit frustrated. Nothing was a huge deal breaker but there little inconveniences did add up unfortunately. The room was very clean and staff we nice. We will return but we'll make some dinner reservations nearby next time.
