New decoration , excellent service, good parking which is direct to hotel , just use the key card in lift without press button which is very convenient, the swimming pool staff are all kindly , I am surely to choose again for my next Penang trip

We booked the sea-view room and had a superb experience. The room was spotless, and the housekeeping was truly top-notch with great attention to detail and beautiful decorations throughout. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and everything looked and tasted great. On weekends, they even have a live band performing at the bar, which added a really nice atmosphere to the stay. As for getting into the city, we used Grab, and it was only about a 10-minute ride.

One of the best hotels - if not the actual best in Malaysia: everything was seamless and exceptional from the welcome to the food to the check out, congratulations to the entire team (front office, back office and housekeeping) for what they do day in day out! A stand out food wise in Penang is the restaurant Lili - exceptional chef, talent to watch!
