Interurban Suites Hotel, a Dazzler Select by Wyndham

There is no pool. Staff was great, rooms are amazing. Areas of suggestion: better beds/bedding in the master bedroom. Coffee pot did not work very well. All things considered, we will definitely be back!!!

Room was clean, kitchen appliances maintained in good working order. Laundry facilities are available and worked great. There's a nice gym, although we didn't end up using it. Basic kitchen utensils, cookware, & serving items were sparse - staff had to scout around for items we needed to prepare and eat meals then clean up after ourselves. Soundproofing was good and neighbors did not make a lot of noise so our stay was quiet. We appreciate accommodations that allow pets (although did not travel with our fur babies this time), but would also appreciate if the staff enforced tenants cleaning up after their dogs rather than leaving poop in the common areas where kids play. Other than the dog messes, the common areas were peaceful and the fountain view is relaxing. There was a problem with an upstairs neighbor's plumbing that caused a flood in our bathroom on our last morning. Staff responded to the leak quickly, but it did take a little while for them to find the source and stop it and a bit longer to get someone to bring us a mop. Onsite security made us feel secure during our stay and participated in the problem solving when there was an issue. Overall, the staff was extra friendly and did a great job with the resources they had available to them.

The staff were AMAZING! The room was newly renovated... on the cheap. Standing in front of the bed, the floor sunk in. The shower had multiple leaks. Water sprayed out and onto the floor. The kitchen wasn't well equipped, but a quick trip to reception remedied it. The free secured parking was an added bonus. Any setbacks from a recent upgrade were far exceeded by the totally amazing, friendly, helpful staff and management. I'll definitely stay here again!

clean room and spacious, very convenient parking, friendly staff
