Always a great stay at the Esplanade. Right in the heart of Freo.

Large room with a balcony we couldn’t use due to weather but helpful because the windows are single pane and the road noise is high. Large shower with separate tub. There is a mini fridge and kettle for instant coffee or tea. The closet comes with four attached hangers but they will bring more if you ask. Not sure how the allocation of towels works but we had to ask to have facecloths delivered. No bar soap for the shower but attached liquid bath gel, shampoo & conditioner. There’s a guest laundry. Great hotel location for exploring Fremantle.
Lots of cafes, bars and restaurants nearby.
Easy to walk around and get to local experiences such as the prison, train station, harbour for boats to Rottnest Island and walks along the esplanade.
Comfortable room with tea/coffee and fridge in room. Shampoo/conditioner/shower gel in super bathroom.
Buffet breakfast available for A$38 each which we didn’t experience as lots outside to eat at.
