Outstanding facility, exceeding all expectations. Super clean, with every need anticipated. Great restaurant, breakfast and dinner. Free use of electric mountain bikes.

Beautiful hotel in the centre of Samnaun. Rooms were wonderful and the spa was too. Food and cocktails were also very good. The hotel has lots of partnerships with local shops and offers discounts because of it which is nice. Also lots of hiking options in the area.
My only criticism is the check-in was a bit messy (some of the group got shown around the hotel, others didn't, room keys weren't all distributed right away, etc) and we were not informed of the weekly program they offer (which was a shame because they offer great things like yoga session, local outings, etc).
