Everything was great the only problem was that their AC was out apparently it’s not been working for months now .

Hello. the location is ideal in Big Bear. My room was neat and clean. The staff was friendly and efficient. They were professional and courteous.
A couple of maintenance items that could use improvement. The hot tub was not hot. There was a smell of gas leak in the stairwell next to the front lobby. The upstairs third floor bedrooms were very hot at 85 degrees. The hallways upstairs were also very hot. We opened the windows to get some breeze to ease the heat.
These appear to be all fixable items. Just need attention.

Air conditioning was out so nights were hot. Room was clean. Dove shampoo and conditioner was nice.
