Stayed in this hotel twice and will stay again.
Reception staff(guy) a bit stiff, no priority given despite being an Accor Plus member to check in early at 12pm, have to wait (excuse- room not ready).
Follow up with another lady staff half hour later, then only ok to check in.

The hotel was very convenient and exceptionally clean. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. Check-in was smooth, and the overall experience was comfortable and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again in the future.
