Excellent room- we were in the attic room. Very clean and spacious. Quiet. Staff was very helpful and went above and beyond to assist with parking and out other inquiries.

Ideal location.
With the sad exception of the lady who checked us in the staff were all friendly and helpful.
Breakfast portions in restaurant very large and food very tasty.
Rooms quaint and full of character.
Bed very comfortable.
Only downer was check in where the service was not good. We weren’t given all the information needed, our Hotels.com status was not recognised and we later discovered we were meant to be given discount vouchers for breakfast. It’s a real shame because other than that unfortunate experience I’d have had no qualms recommending this delightful hotel.
