Les Villas d'Arromanches

Very clean, friendly helpful and polite staff. Full continental style breakfast with addition of scrambled eggs and bacon and multitude of drinks.

Excellent staff - they make this hotel beyond excellent!!!! Fantastic breakfast, comfortable bed ,lovely grounds. Marie’s recommendations for diner were beyond good- Laundry service just super !!

We had a 3 night stay in June. Overall, it’s a very good hotel, in a great location, an easy walk to the beach and the town centre, with good car access to other WW2 beaches and monuments along the coast. Friendly helpful staff and lovely grounds and large outdoor seating area for bar drinks. Easy parking on site. We were disappointed with our room, which was poorly designed, and a quite dark because we did not have a window in the main room, but a glazed door to a small shady patio. The en-suite was very spacious, well equipped and had a big window. Patio overlooked an overgrown area of orchard behind the hotel (Room 16).

Great location 5 min walk to bars and restaurants and close to Gold beach historic places. Lovely bar to relax in
