The food was very good with alot of chioce however queue to get at meal time were terriblethe hot management need to think about having 2 sitting as restaurant not big enough to accommodate all the guests. Staff were all friendly and accommodating.

We had a really good time at Cartago nova. Room was absolutely spot less. They cleaned room everyday, bedsheets and towel was replaced daily too. Air con in room was good. Room was quiet big as we stayed 2 adult and two kids. Pool and pool side area was really clean. Sun beds are old they should replace sun beds ASAP. Staff are very friendly. Bar and restaurant staff was all happy to help you. Restaurant guys and other staff was really friendly. Food was ok as we are not fussy eater. Some people might find food selection was not great. All over good place to stay. Wasn’t sure before I made booking as there was lots bad reviews. All over we had great time and probably will go back and stay again.

You get what You pay for! If You looking for budget friendly hotel and You dont care to stay in cardboard room this hotel is for You. Didn’t like : room very small, You hear people next door like they are in Your room! Didn't sleep all 3 nights at all. In the bathroom You here people next door doing a toilet. No kettle, cups, iron,hairdryer! No table in the balcony. You can hire iron & hairdryer for 20 eu deposit at least. No ironboard! Food very very limited choice. We Didn’t use pool area. What we liked : very close to the tunel to go to the beach. Beach beautiful and long. Sangria in the hotel bar very nice. Special mention to receptionist Eugenia. Very helpful & nothing for her was a problem. Other receptionists very very limited English.
