Nice location - very quiet.
The property is little outdated and may need a remodel especially for the bathroom.

Live like a Lord. Impressive building and exterior garden. Staff was excellent and informative. Great breakfast, but lacked cocktails or snacks during the day.

The location is superb and beautiful to look at, as are the grounds. Unfortunately we didnt find the hotel to be 4 star. There was no fridge, no safe, telephone in the room disconnected so any queries we had meant going up and downstairs. The reception was closed at 9.30pm and no staff on site. We were given a key to a rear door to let ourselves in. The bathroom was also dated and needed a refresh. The hospitality tray wasnt filled each day. No fresh milk (as no fridge!)
On the plus side the hotel was very clean, the staff friendly and the breakfast good.
We had to upgrade our room, as the room we booked was so incredibly hot and quite small for 4 nights.
