Enjoyed the sauna facility and the items provided for the clients to use. The hotel is very clean and accommodating to the guests. Enjoy being here and will stay again next time. Thank you!

For the short couple of days I was in Kyoto, I quite enjoyed my stay. Staff were relatively patient and understanding, especially with the ever-present language barrier. The hotel itself is a bit far from everything, so transportation is sort of difficult, but otherwise, I had a great stay.

Excellent location near the station. Easy to reach by subway after arriving from Yokohama.
Very friendly staff.
A wonderful hotel right from the moment of arrival. Clean. Pleasant atmosphere. Good washers and dryers on the 13th floor.
Very comfortable rooms with nice pajamas.
Excellent, varied breakfast.
The onsen was wonderful—a lovely space to relax in after a full day of sightseeing.
