Room was clean upon our arrival. The staff was very helpful, and the hot tub as well as the pool was clean and wonderful to relax in. The view from the beach was great. Short driving ditto the pier at old orchard beach with plenty of parking facilities at the old orchard beach, for very reasonable prices.

Great view of the ocean from our room! Well maintained property, great parking. Comfortable space between the motel and buildings on other ends of property. Quiet at night!
