Staff was extremely helpful with all aspects of checking in and making sure everything was okay. I also liked that hotel location was centered around many shops and restaurants and walking distance to metro station.
They also had Air conditioning which was very convenient due to high temperatures.
I would recommend that staff checking out guests get better training so that they don’t overcharge for taxes. I was charged twice, but hotel made sure refund was processed as soon as possible. Overall stay was excellent.

We stayed for two nights room only. The room was great, very clean and the air con was brilliant! The housekeeping was done to a high standard both days. Staff were friendly and helpful both at check in and check out. The hotel is also in a great location in Saint Germain, lots of lovely eateries around. Would stay here again.
