Easy check in staff was good. on the other hand the shower head was covered in calcium, could be cleaned. Paint was chipping beds were OK to good

The rooms were wonderful. Clean and comfortable. Staff was polite and courteous. We were very happy with our stay.
I was told my “hold on our room cost” would be voided and the return can take up to 24 hrs. It is now 36 hours and I have not seen my refund.

Rooms varied so much. I had booked 2 updated rooms and 1 was so dated with the smallest window. However staff was helpful and changed the room right away.
