Reception staff particularly Tamana and Anuradha were friendly and very helpful. The service they provided was impeccable.
Restaurant staff were largely not as attentive/helpful bar one member of staff who served us on our first day. Tables were not cleaned promptly between services. The service in the restaurant was off putting to say the least.

Decent sized clean room with a comfortable bed.
Good choice for breakfast and dinner.
Attentive and helpful staff In particular Pooja. Nice swimming pool overlooking the valley, just a shame that it is not heated.
Had an excellent massage at the spa ,albeit it was a bit pricey.
