Everything was nice clean and convenient to the beach, just 1 block in from the beach. Not a lot of parking but just enough for the number of rooms in the b&b.

I loved the combination of a homey historical house, with modern day amenities. The room was on the third floor which was a bit of a challenge for me but the space was perfect for me and my daughter. The daily breakfast was always great food, and the patios were so nice and convenient. The location was walking distance from the beach! The staff was very friendly and accommodating!

Location to the beach is perfect. It's also a short walk to Washington and lots of dining. We stayed in the Joseph Page Suite and enjoyed the seating area. Room was very clean with it's own air conditioning. The porches were so comfortable with a cooling ocean breeze. Anna was very friendly and helpful in the mornings. It's a real plus to have water, beach chairs, towels and an outside shower. Parking was easy on the street or on side. Breads, muffins and fruit salad were delicious for breakfast. Only slight negatives were having the same not that good breakfast casserole 2 of 3 days and having to go to another place several blocks away for the afternoon tea. It was too hot to trek over there. It would have been nice to at least have lemonade or iced tea on site in the summer.
