The hotel staff were amazing and always accommodating and friendly. There was a free latte machine that made amazing cappuccino. Just a note: the hotel is under construction as of this review (05/2026) and while construction did not start until 8:00 AM it was incredibly loud all day! Forget about a mid day nap. The bed and room was wonderful.

The staff were most friendly, we were accommodated with an early check-in. The room was large and spacious with commanding views of the city over the canal.
We were given an orientation from where we were in the city.
The rooms were well laid out and very clean. We were close to transportation, restaurants, retail, and historic center. We would come here again without concern.
