It was a very charming stay with AMAZING homemade cookies and stocked fridge with water and soda to make the stay very "home like". Very easy and simple check-in, and a BEAUTIFUL cooper birch out front that made my day when I saw it!

Beautiful Victorian home very close to town. We did not have breakfast but fresh homemade cookies were left out for guests to enjoy and they were the best I've ever eaten! Will definitely stay again when we are in the area.

Check in was impersonal and done by texts, never meet in keepers or their manager. We did meet the cook at breakfast. Overall, a nice stay.

Many times web photo's are not so accurate as to the lodging. This time, it's the exact opposite. The beautiful internet photo's do not do justice to The Sutherland House. Property and home are nothing short of spectacular. Absolutely every detail attended to in a superior manner. The Sutherland House is what all others shoud aspire to be.
