The room was clean, although the hotel in general had a bit of wear and tear. This was a last minute booking to see the fireworks in Cannes, and for the cost it was great value for money as it is directly opposite the train station, and right in the town centre. It is also a 5-10 minute walk from the beach.
There was no kettle in the room but it did have a small balcony. We were able to check in early, and staff were very friendly and helpful. The air conditioning was great in the heatwave, and everything worked in the room. Thank you!

Excellent location, great customer service, quiet AC, sound proof room which is great as this hotel is across the street from the Cannes train station. Located at the end of a pedestrian street with lots of shops and restaurants. Short walk to beaches. Recommended!
