Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was convenient. Breakfast was good, except both the coffee urns (light and dark roast) ran out of coffee. Hotel is located close to many nearby attractions in Fredericksburg.

Staff was great! Room was able to check in early. Swimming pool was really needing cleaning while I was there!

Breakfast and coffee were great. Room was clean the pull out couch will had old sheets on them so we had to change the used ones, but other than that great location and stay.
