The hotel itself was great! The location was good for our 1 night purpose- not a ton of restaurants open at night. The staff was very helpful! As others have mentioned the air conditioning is not up to expectations- our room did not get above 28.5 C (84 F) and the windows don’t open. (We were there during the heatwave) fortunately there was a fan that reception brought up to us. Again, the front desk staff was awesome!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is good considering it is not in the city centre, as there are good communications by tram, bus and metro.
The room and hotel was clean, but a little bit worn down.
