What an experience! This property was absolutely amazing and unlike anything I’ve ever experienced … truly beautiful, unique, classy, amazing staff. we have stayed at some places that are comparable pricewise, also mountain retreats in the areas and Schloss far surpasses them all. A 10/10 all around.

Igikai was awesome and Tutto Mundo was also very good.
The outside pool was perfect temp for lap swimming.
The Aufguss at the sauna was, by far, best I’ve ever experienced with energy and enthusiasm unparalleled elsewhere.
Evening concerts were very high quality.

Beautiful resort in a beautiful location. The service was excellent. Food quality was good but the offering was fairly limited compared to other resorts of this caliber.

Disappointing to say the least. Non existent service, clueless staff, untrained personnel. Highlights were the Michelin - simply amazing. Thai food was the worst. Facilities are of course amazing but with no staff or service to support it, it all fails.
