InterContinental Chengdu Century City by IHG

Hotel was excellent. The room was very nicely appointed. Wonderful breakfast.

Beautiful place. Amazing food. Gorgeous staff (women and men alike) and all are kind and respectful and clean and helpful. All have translation apps and try genuinely their best to communicate in English with me without sounding like it's a chore. One recommendation I would add is clear restaurant sifns\brands labels with map guide with "you are here" markers\checkpoints. I spent hours trying to find the entrance to the cafe and Italian Bistro after already trying the 5th floor restaurants. And the hotel is huge. If there was supposed to be a trail outside, o couldn't find it due to lack of signs. But i am only nitpicking because I needed any excuse to enjoy the lazy 5 star life instead of walking around :)

good view, and clean and contemporary. Though english speaking of the staff is kind of bit challenging to understand.

Exceptional service, clean comfortable room, very nice food. The lobby smells amazing as you enter and every staff member we interacted with was professional.
