I had the newer section of the room but i had to drag my suitcases up the stairs after you get out of the elevator and then even worse, i had to drag my suitcases up another spiral staircase to get to my room. Do not stay at this hotel if you have multiple suitcases

Owners and staff were very friendly and helpful!
Location is great, nestled in the town 15 min walk from HBF. Very modern and well appointed inside! Wish we had more time in Augsburg
