10 out of 10, this hotel was absolutely amazing they had thought of everything. You can fault this hotel. My balcony was amazing just perfect for me so nice to get comfy loungers on your balcony. Absolutely spotless throughout, the whole team of housekeeping are amazing and work so hard as this development is huge. Cafe, mini market, restaurant, laundry room everything you would possibly need. Thank you all for the wonderful hospitality I received

Had several stays here now & choose it as it’s in the perfect location for us. We choose the sumsuites section as it has good views over Puerto Rico but is still really handy to get to the bottom to amenities. The balconies are fabulous if like is you spend a lot of time on there, they get the sun from early on, unlike accommodation at the other bottom side of the hill. They are starting to look a little tired in places, such as the fake grass & the fridges, some of the sunbeds, but everything is kept clean & well maintained.

Great property, very central and no stairs like a lot of the hotels in this resort

We have stayed at +10 places with kids, from infant age to young teens, this is the only hotel we have repeatedly returned to. It was s down to its strength;Roma have a large sun terass, family friendly, heated and nicely located pool away from the buzz, still Mogán mall and that buzz in only a few minutes away. We prefer the upper section, properly overviewing the Puerto Rico valley with decent glimpses of the sea, we will return!
