Residence Inn National Harbor Washington, DC Area

Breakfast hospitality everything was excellent

The rooms are clean. It's around. The areas was clean. The staff was great. Very helpful. Very kind and considerate. Kitchen was awesome. Breakfast was good. I will return at another time. Thank you

Arrived later than expected due to weather delays, but upon arrival, I was welcomed with a smile! My request for a higher floor was granted and explained the parking garage instructions very well! Such a beautiful location!

Front desk staff was very friendly & helpful. I couldn't get my ice maker to work & they sent someone up right away. They also got me a bag of ice to tide me over until the ice maker had time to make the ice. The room was clean & they did turn down service, which many places don't do anymore. The place had nice amenities & the room was super functional. It was also cheaper than the Gaylord, which is where my conference was. Very happy with my stay here.
