Was a great location. Enjoyed our stay.
The grounds could have used some clean up daily and our room no one ever swept the floor. But other than that it was a great place. Just needs a little TLC around cleanliness.

The room was very clean with a comfy bed, daily bottled water and tea. We appreciated the parking space for our car as its hard to find in Kas. The hotel location is great, step out the back garden to multiple restaurants, or out the front door to the beach clubs. The pool area and breakfast room were clean and there were lots of lounge chairs. Our room shared a balcony with another room due to the corner layout but it was large and the balcony seating was nicely shaded all afternoon. The only negative was no room safe which is always preferred. Staff were super friendly and helpful.
