Cradle Mountain Hotel

One thing I would like the hotel to have is more options for vegetarians. Given its a remote location, adding a microwave or hotplate is desirable. Otherwise I stayed in the renovated wilderness room and it was perfect. Room was maintained at right temperature though it was freezing outside, I really like the place.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The rooms are so roomy, super comfy and we loved the split level! But the outstanding part of our experience is by far and above the staff! From the team in reception to Nicole, Fatima, Esther, Sophia and the others whose names escape me sorry, genuinely kind, welcoming, caring and went above and beyond for us. We have never had an experience like this where we felt so at home to be honest! Plus the laundry is free, great for drying out damp clothes….. and the food in the Altitudes restaurant was superb! We will be back! Thank you for an awesome stay!

Staff were friendly & helpful. The room was spacious with a lovely big king bed & an awesome shower. Unfortunately the hallway/walkway to access the room from reception/restaurant was noisy underfoot (creaking), so you could hear other guests coming & going. Had a beautiful dinner & a great breakfast.
